Is the cloth reusable?
Yes, our cloth can be used over 200 times before performance degradation. Each individual application lasts over 24 hours. Each cloth also arrives in resealable packaging.
Does the cloth expire?
There is no specific date of expiration for our anti-fog cloths, but it is advised to use them within 2 years upon purchasing. Each cloth should last around 6-12 months with normal use.
Is it safe? What materials/ingredients does your anti-fog cloth exist of?
We use safe and effective ingredients that provide maximum anti-fog protection. Our cloths consist of a polyester and nylon blend, treated with perfluoroalkyl ether, ethanol, and hydrogenated castor oil.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping Times:
United States: 4 - 10 business days
Canada: 3 - 10 business days
International: Varies depending on location. Estimated 4 - 15 business days.
Expedited Shipping Times:
United States: 2-3 business days
Canada: 1-2 business days
International: Varies depending on location. Estimated 2 - 7 business days.
Processing Times
Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.
Do I have to pay a customs fee if I order this cloth?
No, but if you have been required to, please contact us to sort it out at support@gtfos.ca
I haven't received a tracking number!
Depending on shipping method, we may not use a method that includes a tracking number. Orders usually will not contain tracking unless more than two(2) cloths are ordered. If there are any issues, or if you purchased expedited shipping and still haven't received a tracking number after one business day, please contact us at support@gtfos.ca
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes! As long as we haven't already shipped the item, we offer order cancellation 24 to 48 hours after your order has been placed.
Your order will be cancelled and refunded in full as soon as we get your request, assuming the order has not shipped out yet.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We do not accept returns, but a refund is available if the package arrives damaged, or if you are extremely unsatisfied with the product (within 30 days upon receiving).
What types of Payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
What are your shipping options?
Currently, we offer free standard shipping, and expedited shipping at flat rate depending on your location.
What if the item I ordered arrives damaged?
We’ll make it up to you. You can request a refund, or an exchange/store credit. Please contact us at suport@gtfos.ca
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Manitoba, Canada. If we receive larger order volume, we may try to include inventory in other countries to speed up delivery!
What if my package does not arrive?
We fully guarantee and ensure that your package will arrive; if you find that your package has NOT arrived as per the timeline outlined above, please contact us at support@gtfos.ca and we’ll get you sorted!
